I work with individuals, couples, and families, with a focus on supporting adolescents and young adults in navigating life’s challenges. I have had the privilege of working with clients experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship distress, communication difficulties, developmental trauma and attachment, life transitions, stress and burnout, autism spectrum disorder, and parenting support.
I draw on a range of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), among others. Using these tools, I take an integrative, trauma-informed, and person-centered approach, working with you to create a plan that fits your unique needs and goals.
I hold a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from University of Windsor. I am a registered member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario and adhere to established professional and ethical standards of practice.
